Small Laboratory Vacuum Annealing Furnace features

1. Vacuum Annealing Furnace material is made of high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber by vacuum adsorption, energy-saving 50%, and the three surfaces are evenly heated. The heating element uses high quality resistance wire. The furnace body adopts a double furnace shell structure, and a fan is installed between the two furnace shells, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is low.
2. A high-temperature stainless steel furnace tank is installed in the furnace, the furnace is clean, and the high temperature does not rust or deform.
3. The furnace tank according to the size of the furnace configuration different types of racks, easy loading and unloading, heat treatment uniform!
4. The thermocouple is installed in the furnace tank and the digital temperature meter displays the temperature of the workpiece in the furnace in real time. The furnace body is equipped with a temperature control thermocouple, and the program instrument controls the furnace temperature in real time.
5. The vacuum system can be configured with high, medium and low configuration, can achieve vacuum from 0 ~ 1.0 * 10-3pa different requirements of the vacuum. 6. Temperature control system uses thyristor SCR temperature control, temperature control instrument using Yudian 30 temperature control program instrument, with PID automatic control function. The electrical components use Schneider and Siemens brands. The overall equipment has the advantages of fast heating, good insulation, precise control, good energy saving, and safe and reliable use.
